Security
- Application security is guaranteed by the use of various technologies such as a firewall, anti-virus software and backup by data replication on an additional server. The application is hosted on secure servers.
- After-sales service is available by telephone or e-mail. Response time is one hour from when details of the technical problem were flagged.
- The software uses a system of rights by user group. Each user group has specific access rights to the various application services; for example, the editors group will be authorised to edit articles, but will not be able to validate their publication, whereas the chief editors group will be able to edit, publish articles and publish articles from the editors group.
- Every user has an ID and password which will allow him to have a secure software work session and to access the services authorised for his group. This session is valid for a single workstation and for a limited period of time, which is configurable.

- The software can be accessed through any Web browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla, Opéra, Safari, Konqueror, etc) after an ID security check. Access to the Internet is all that is needed.
- The tool is supplied "turnkey". An access code and a password are all that is required from the first time it is used.
- The package is fully modular and can therefore meet the specific requirements of each client.
- Several users can use it at the same time since the software can operate in "multi-user" mode through concurrent connections. Changes to data are performed immediately in Real Time.
